Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto Buka Tanwir dan Milad Muhammadiyah ke – 112 di Kupang

Presiden Republik Indonesia Prabowo Subianto.sedang menyampaikan sambutan pada acara Pembukaan Tanwir dan Resepsi Milad Muhammadiyah ke – 112 di Kampus Universitas Muhammadiyah Kupang, Rabu (4/12/2024).

Metronewsntt.com, Kupang---Penjabat Wali Kota Kupang, Linus Lusi, menghadiri acara Pembukaan Tanwir dan Resepsi Milad Muhammadiyah ke – 112 di Kampus Universitas Muhammadiyah Kupang, Rabu (4/12/2024). Acara dibuka langsung oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia Prabowo Subianto. Ini merupakan kunjungan Prabowo yang pertama kalinya ke Kota Kupang pasca dilantik sebagai Presiden RI. Pembukaan ditandai dengan petikan dawai sasando oleh Presiden. 

Hadir dalam acara tersebut Wakil Presiden RI ke-10 dan 12, Muhammad Jusuf Kalla, Ketua Umum Pengurus Pusat Muhammadiyah, Prof. Dr. H. Haedar Nashir, M.Si beserta jajaran, sejumlah Menteri dan Wakil Menteri Kabinet Merah Putih, Panglima TNI, Kapolri, para pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah seluruh Indonesia, Penjabat Gubernur NTT, Ketua DPRD Provinsi NTT serta jajaran Forkopimda Tingkat Provinsi NTT dan Kota Kupang. Turut mendampingi Pj. Wali dalam acara tersebut Penjabat Ketua TP PKK Kota Kupang, Nyonya Angela Lusi-Deran, S.Ak, serta para camat dan lurah. 

Dalam arahannya Presiden menyampaikan selamat milad ke-122 kepada Muhammadiyah. Dia berharap ke depan Muhammadiyah makin berperan dalam mewujudkan kemakmuran yang beradilan sesuai dengan tema yang diusung. Diakuinya Muhammadiyah telah membuktikan diri sebagai organisasi kemasyarakatan, organisasi dakwah dan organisasi pendidikan dan kesehatan yang memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan berbangsa. Saat ini Muhammadiyah telah memiliki 167 perguruan tinggi, 126 rumah sakit, 231 klinik, 5345 sekolah dan madrasah, 440 pesantren serta jaringan organisasi yang luas baik di dalam maupun luar negeri. 

Presiden Prabowo juga mengapresiasi Lembaga Pendidikan Muhammadiyah yang terbuka untuk semua kalangan. Menurutnya ini dapat menjadi contoh toleransi dan saling hormat menghormati bagi kelompok lain. Kepada seluruh keluarga besar Muhammadiyah dia mengimbau untuk menggalang persatuan dan menghindari perpecahan serta konflik. “Fanatisme agama, suku, ras dan budaya justru yang lahirkan peperangan. Yang sudah dilakukan Muhammadiyah sangat berharga,” ungkapnya. 

Ketua Umum Pengurus Pusat Muhammadiyah, Prof. Dr. H. Haedar Nashir, M.Si menyampaikan terima kasih kepada Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto yang sudah berkenan hadir dalam acara ini. Dia menjelaskan pertimbangan memilih Kota Kupang sebagai tuan rumah perayaan sebagai wujud kepercayaan kepada seluruh geraka Muhammadiyah di NTT dan di wilayah timur Indonesia. Terima kasih juga disampaikan kepada para pejabat daerah di NTT dan Kota Kupang yang selama ini sudah bekerja sama dengan Muhammadiyah menggelorakan visi kedaulatan Indonesia menuju masyarakat yang adil dan makmur di seluruh Indonesia. 

Penjabat Gubernur NTT, Dr. Andriko Noto Susanto, SP,MP atas nama masyarakat NTT mengucapkan selamat datang kepada Presiden RI dan rombongan yang sudah berkenan datang ke Kota Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Pada kesempatan yang sama Pj. Gubernur juga menyampaikan terima kasih untuk perhatian dan dukungan pemerintah pusat terutama dalam penanganan korban eruspi Gunung Lewotobi dan konflik sosial di Adonara. Ucapan terima kasih juga disampaikan kepada Ketua Umum PP Muhammadiyah beserta seluruh pimpinan wilayah se-Indonesia yang telah memilih Kota Kupang sebagai tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan Tanwir dan Resepsi Milad Muhammadiyah ke – 112. 

Sebelumnya dalam pertemuan bersama Ketua Pimpinan Wilayah Muhamadyah NTT, Mukhsin Masri, S.Ag., M.H dan jajaran beberapa waktu lalu, Penjabat Wali Kota Kupang, Linus Lusi, S.Pd., M.Si menyampaikan Muhammadyah adalah organisasi masyarakat terbesar dan selalu mendukung pemerintah. Karena itu Pemkot Kupang siap mendukung kegiatan yang diselenggarakan Muhammadiyah, Tanwir dan Resepsi Milad Muhammadiyah ke – 112. "Mudah-mudahan segala rencana kegiatan Tanwir Muhammadiyah 2024 dan Resepsi Milad Muhammadiyah ke - 122 dapat berjalan baik sesuai harapan kita semua" ungkapnya. (mnt)
